Pup Starter includes a 30-day size-fit guarantee. Return the tray in its original packaging and we'll send the correct size for free — no restocking fee.
Pup Starter covers structural cracks, splits, warping, and defects — but not active chewing damage. For chewing coverage, upgrade to Active Dog or Lifetime Dog.
Most claims are approved within 24 hours. The replacement tray ships within 5 business days after we receive the damaged one.
Yes. Full refund within 30 days, prorated refund after that. No cancellation fees.
